Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User" or "Account Holder") and pkr786 (hereinafter referred to as "pkr786", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the pkr786 online betting and casino platform, accessible at pkr786 .cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets or using any feature of pkr786, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Definitions

Account Eligibility

Providing false information during registration, including misrepresenting your age or location, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkr786 reserves the right to void all bets, close the Account and withhold any funds held therein in such circumstances.

Registration & KYC Verification

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date.

pkr786 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its compliance obligations. As part of this process, you may be required to provide:

• A government-issued photo identification document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership where relevant to a withdrawal request;
• Source of funds documentation in cases where transaction volumes trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. Payment method references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual references only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or support for gambling services by those providers.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment method.

• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative processing fee on withdrawal, as published in the cashier section.

Withdrawals:

Betting & Gaming Rules

• Casino & Live Dealer: Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for casino titles are determined by the game provider and are disclosed within each game's information panel. Outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for standard games and by live physical processes for live dealer titles.
• Results: All game and sporting event outcomes are final once settled, subject only to a formal dispute process as described below.

If you believe a bet or game result has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a dispute via the support channel within 72 hours of the settlement time. Disputes submitted after this window may not be considered.

Bonuses & Promotions

The availability, terms and conditions of each offer — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings — are published at the point of offer presentation and must be read in full before acceptance.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games or markets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are published in the bonus terms. Live casino games and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms.
• Bonus Abuse: pkr786 employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse including, but not limited to, low-margin wagering strategies designed to clear requirements without genuine play, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and coordination between players. Detected abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonus offers expire after the period stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonuses are removed automatically and cannot be reinstated.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr786 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI-driven tools to place bets, interact with casino games or manipulate Platform systems;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors;
• Colluding with other Players in casino games, poker, or any other competitive format available on the Platform;
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an Account;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any financial crime;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, access restricted areas of the Platform, or interfere with Platform infrastructure;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through the use of VPNs, proxies or other obfuscation tools;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening pkr786 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once your limit is reached, betting and gaming will be suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive reminders as your limit approaches and will be logged out automatically when it is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years, or a permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and you will be unable to re-register.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of pkr786;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, logos or labels on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr786 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues or platform outages;
• Financial losses resulting from your betting or gaming decisions;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Any reliance placed by you on information, odds or content displayed on the Platform.

pkr786's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. Players wishing to close their Account should contact support via live chat or email. Voluntary Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of any outstanding verification or wagering obligation.

pkr786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to void associated bets and forfeit balances, where:

• A material breach of these Terms has been identified;
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering is suspected or confirmed;
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3;
• Regulatory obligations require the closure of the Account;
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, following reasonable prior notice.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds, voided bet amounts and any applicable administrative fees) will be returned to you via a previously verified payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr786 holds its operating licence. pkr786 expressly does not represent that its services comply with Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Players located in Pakistan access the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. pkr786 does not provide legal advice and nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as such.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with pkr786's support team will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the applicable licensing authority.

Amendments to These Terms

pkr786 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkr786 will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.
