The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the payment channel selected. As a general guide, entry-level deposits can start from as low as PKR 500. Please refer to the Cashier section of your account for the exact minimum and maximum amounts applicable to each payment method at the time of your deposit, as these may be updated periodically.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Most requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are typically delivered within one to three business days depending on your chosen channel. Withdrawals may be delayed if your KYC verification is incomplete or if additional security checks are required. You can track your withdrawal status in the Account dashboard under Transaction History.

pkr786 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges. Always check with your payment provider regarding any applicable fees before initiating a withdrawal. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may also incur network fees depending on blockchain conditions at the time of processing.

Withdrawals can be declined for several reasons: incomplete KYC verification, outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, a mismatch between your account details and your payment method, or a flagged security review. Check your account notifications for a specific reason. If the issue is unclear, contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected] and we will assist you promptly.
